Accordingly, the area of ​​land to be recovered includes: Land area of ​​Long Thanh International Airport Project (5,000 ha), land area for construction of resettlement areas, cemetery area and area Works for resettlement.
The land acquisition must ensure social security, stabilize the life and production of people affected by the project; Ensuring security, social order and safety. The concentrated resettlement area must be built synchronously in terms of technical and social infrastructure; To ensure construction standards and norms; It is suitable with local conditions, customs and habits.
The resolution assigns the Government to direct the People's Committee of Dong Nai province and relevant ministries to prepare the feasibility study report and report to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the fourth session of the XIV National Assembly.
The resolution also assigned the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Nationalities Council, committees of the National Assembly, National Assembly delegates, National Assembly deputies and People's Councils of Dong Nai province within the scope of their tasks and powers. Closely follow the implementation of the Resolution.
This resolution takes effect from the date of the National Assembly's passage.
Also this afternoon, the National Assembly passed the amended Law on Technology Transfer and the revised Tourism Law.
